Yes actually, or at least advising. Woodward announced that Kissinger is advising Bush and Cheney that “Victory is the only meaningful exit strategy.” I guess there are more and more similarities between the two wars and that “Staying the course” no longer just refers to the policies of the Iraq occupation but decades of failed U.S. foreign policy.
